Professional Toolboxes

One of our main clients in the non-automotive segment is a manufacturer of professional toolboxes, for whom we produce various plastic components.

The processes used are injection molding and bi-injection.

The materials required for injecting these types of components are fiberglass-reinforced materials with good mechanical properties:

• Polypropylene (+talc), (+fiberglass) – PP (+T), (+GF)
• Polyamide (+fiberglass) – PA (+GF)
• Thermoplastic elastomers – TPE

Air Humidifiers

We can also include our collaboration with a client that manufactures humidification products.

The operations used are injection molding, blow molding, welding, and assembly.

To meet our client’s requirements, we use polypropylene-grade materials with high impact resistance—even at low temperatures—and high rigidity.
