Fan Motor Assembly

12 models for 16 assembly lines

The Fan Motor Group is a flagship product developed in collaboration with the Renault Group, for which we manufacture 12 different models and supply 16 assembly lines across all continents.

To assemble this product, we have installed 6 dedicated assembly stations, where electric motors are mounted onto the fan blades and support, followed by balancing and final inspection.

To ensure assembly compliance and prevent human error, Poka-Yoke safety and control systems are used.

The materials used for component injection include:

• Polypropylene (+ glass fiber) – PP (+GF)
• Polyamide (+ glass fiber) – PA (+GF)
